You can book your stay directly with us by email at booking@villa-elysium-bellezza.com.

To confirm the reservation, a 40% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 3 working days via bank transfer or your reservation will be cancelled. The balance of 70% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your arrival or we reserve the right to cancel with retention of the full amount of the deposit. If you book within 6 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

We also require a €1,000 return order in case of damage, which you can transfer to us up to 6 weeks before your arrival or you can pay it in cash on the spot upon arrival. The deposit will be returned to you after inspection of the villa, after check-out, provided there is no damage.

All cancellations must be notified in writing. If you cancel your holiday more than 6 weeks before it starts, your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the holiday, the full amount remains non-refundable and cannot be refunded. In case of national travel restrictions ("all but essential travel" to Croatia is prohibited), you have the right to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your stay. In case of such travel restrictions up to 29 days or less before your Departure, you will be given the option of booking accommodation in one of the following available dates.
