When inquiring, i.e. submitting a request for a reservation, when registering or contacting via the booking.com website, the customer confirms that he has read and accepted the Booking Conditions, the rules on security and protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and that he gives his consent to Villa Elysium Bellezza and accommodation owners to use their personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number) for the purpose of booking and providing the best possible service. Check-in and check-out time:
Registration time: from 3:00 p.m
Check-out time: until 11:00 a.m
Sales policy
To make a reservation, you need to pay 20% in advance, and the remaining balance upon arrival.
Payment for the guest guarantee without a credit card is accepted up to 3 days after the reservation is made.
Check-in time is on the day of arrival after 16:00 (early check-in depends on availability)
Check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure
If you want to change or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do so by phone or e-mail, in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

If the guest has caused damage to the property, the guest will be asked to pay for the resulting damage.
Identification:
At the time of registration, appropriate identification is required to confirm your identity. A current passport will be requested prior to check-in.
Insurance:
At the time of application, a credit card will be requested to be used to cover the item.
In the event that the guest cannot provide a credit card as a guarantee, then a cash deposit will be required along with an identification document. This guarantee will be refunded upon departure after our staff has checked the Villa for any breakages or damage to the property during your stay.
Limitation of liability:
We endeavor to ensure that your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however Villa Elysium Bellezza accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by injury, loss, delay, additional costs or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events beyond its control.
